We are searching for a Digital Strategist-- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will be responsible for developing solutions to meet marketing objectives based on consumer insight and data, spotting trends and technologies that play roles in consumer's lives, as well as familiarity with SEM/SEO strategies are beneficial skills to have in this position.

Responsibilities :

  • Develops interactive and digital user experience strategies for integrated communications and marketing campaigns, including information design and lead generation tactics
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with service line marketers, physicians, clinic managers, department leaders, etc. to distinguish user requests from true needs, set expectations, and develop project strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to motivate, create and implement short and long-term online marketing strategies
  • Distills research and analytic findings, explains their strategic/tactical marketing implications, and how they can be used to create effective and efficient interactive marketing strategies
  • Leads and defines campaign strategies to acquire and retain donors and grow online revenue year over year for the organization in partnership with external direct response agency
  • Reviews email and landing page copy, social media posts, online promotions and online advertising deliverables; provides suggestions and edits; manage multiple rounds of revisions until approved
  • Coordinate with the social media and public relations teams on content delivery across audiences


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business or related degree required
  • 4 years’ experience in marketing, PR, social media, community management, or copywriting with a good understanding of conceptual architecture and an interest in the development of content required
  • Digital Agency experience preferred
