Summary:

We are searching for a Technician of Human Resources - someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you’ll provide administrative and secretarial support to the Human Resources department.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet employees and provide general Human Resources information that is accurate and in accordance with procedures
  • Refer employees to appropriate Human Resources staff members for further assistance
  • Provide customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Maintain an adequate inventory level for all materials used in the HR New Employee Orientation by working with the Learning Academy Coordinator, other team members, and outside vendors
  • Monitor the supply inventory for team members, coordinate necessary supply orders, and ensure that an adequate inventory is maintained
  • Conduct inspections of all training and conference center equipment and notify manager of any problems
  • Sort and distribute mail for team members within 4 hours of receipt
  • Provide technical expertise with a variety of software programs to assist team members with presentations, course material development, and general communication needs
  • Identify opportunities to increase participation and involvement of HR team members


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years’ experience in administration or other office setting
  • Human Resources and/or Employee Records experience preferred
