We are searching for an Audiology Manager -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will lead clinical operations in the Audiology department. Operations include patient flow, managing the budget, leadership of staff, testing and procedures, reports, audiologists' competencies/productivities, and implementation of new programs and services. The individual will establish policies and procedures, set standards and objectives for provision of services, maintaining quality improvement, directing, planning, and evaluating performance.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervises daily testing and procedure schedule by reviewing initial appointment schedule, accepting, and prioritizing add-on and inpatient requests
  • Interacts with vendors; participates in the selection, testing, and application of new instrumentation
  • Assists in coordination of patient activity and process flow
  • Provides direct supervision of the support and technical staff
  • Represents clinic and technical staff (responds to needs/concerns) with groups and partners on program development/implementation of new services
  • Provides/coordinates staff education
  • Monitors employee performance in accordance with established department and IDS guidelines


  • Master’s degree in related field required
  • Texas Audiology License from the State Committee of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology required
  • 5 years clinical audiology experience required
  • 2 years supervision of technical personnel as a supervisor or team lead preferred
