We are searching for a Systems Analyst -Application Support- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will be developing clinical/business solutions by investigating processes to understand data and communications flow with individual tasks and transactions within the organization’s Integrated Delivery System.


Ideally desire candidates who have 1-2+ years of working experience with application support

  • Energetic, adaptable, and flexible – willing to adjust their approach to the scenario-highly desired.
  • Desire individuals who are willing to push their comfort zone and be a team player.
  • Demonstrated collaborative experience with end users to understand the workflow and make corrective adjustments or enhancements- highly preferred.

Responsibilities :

  • Assists users in determining specific requirements to increase system effectiveness.
  • Investigate alternative solutions including feasibility studies using results from vendor analysis/evaluations.
  • Develop, schedule, and facilitate test plans for hardware, network, integration, user acceptance and parallel usage.
  • Develop training programs and materials/documentation for all user types.
  • Facilitates design analysis with users to determine configuration for the user interface.
  • Recommends modifications to application design or current procedures to maximize advantages of existing resources.
  • Coordinates the upgrade schedules with vendors and users across the Integrated Delivery System
  • Schedules sessions with users to view new systems and upgrades.


  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 4 years’ experience in information systems required.
  • Knowledge of current business practices and computing systems, interfaces, and Hospital standard software
  • Bachelor’s degree will substitute 4 years of work experience.
  • Master’s degree will substitute for 2 years of work experience.
  • Up to one year of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute the one year of required information systems experience on a month-to-month basis.
