Summary:

We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Team Leader -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will partner with recruiting resources to manage the talent pipeline and ensure recruitment strategies are in place to support and fill headcount needs. This role will advise, consult, and coach leadership to ensure best practices are implemented and the proper interviewing and candidate assessment practices are being used. The Talent Acquisition Team Leader will support the talent acquisition efforts for a business unit or units and manage the internal movement of aligned areas.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead, coach and mentor team members on talent acquisition processes and best practices
  • Ensure all team members reach maximum potential in completion of work assignments and deliverables in compliance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures
  • Manage talent acquisition plan for all internal clients and meet regularly with executives and hiring leaders to determine requisition priority and plan alignment with organizational needs
  • Manage relationship with approved recruitment outsourcing firm, staffing agencies and search firms on hiring leader satisfaction, candidate quality, outsourcing needs and completion of full-cycle talent acquisition as needed
  • Serve as in-house expert in DDI Targeted Selection and interviewing best practices. Develop interview guides and facilitate data integrations for aligned departments
  • Maintain a holistic understanding of Talent Acquisition reports and partner with leaders to ensure data is available to provide insight into their hiring
  • Provide guidance to hiring leaders on how to maintain an effective, fair, consistent hiring/transfer process


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related discipline required
  • 4 years human resources, business administration or related discipline required
