We are searching for a Senior Marketing Specialist -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will lead awareness, consideration, preference and reputation of strategic marketing priorities targeted at key consumer and physician markets as well as internal audiences. This role serves as primary contact in the development and maintenance of relationships with physicians and business leaders in these priority areas. The Marketing Specialist also targets audiences through creation of relevant marketing plans and campaigns to achieve defined marketing goals.

Responsibilities :

  • Represents Marketing, serving as primary contact and project manager for all related marketing initiatives
  • Integrates effective marketing planning with each key area’s unique business objectives
  • Determines and manages marketing needs and functions as project lead on all designated marketing initiatives
  • Collaborates with internal marketing colleagues in PR, web services, brand management, etc, tapping internal expertise to create effective integrated strategies
  • Coordinates the creation, implementation, production and measurement of marketing campaigns to support objectives
  • Initiates tactics and activities according to plan, on time and within budget parameters
  • Collaborates with the Physician Liaison team to strengthen targeted referrals to the hospital


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field required
  • Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 3 years progressive marketing or communications experience required
