Summary:

We are searching for a Compensation Consultant — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll plan, implement, and assist in the management of the compensation administration.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintains compliance with organizational policies and procedures, Joint Commission guidelines, and Federal regulations related to compensation
  • Maintains/analyzes data for compensation programs and policies
  • Performs job evaluation activities and prepares, researches, and finalizes information for the compensation approval process
  • Administers the salary system and merit review process for individuals
  • Coordinates survey participation with HR Assistant and Senior Compensation Analysts
  • Serves as a contributing member on at least one functional team to improve quality and performance


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 6 months of business, finance, analyst or healthcare operations experience
  • Preferred experience with PeopleSoft, Marketpay, JDXpert, Kronos
