We are searching for a Systems Analyst II – Epic Interconnect — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll support all phases of a system implementation or upgrade project and provide production services such as recommending improvements to strategy, system usage, or process through the application of business and technology skill sets. You will review, analyze, and modify programming systems including configuration, testing, debugging, and documenting applications. You will consult with customers to identify current operation procedures and to clarify program objectives.

The ideal candidate for this position has strong technical skills and is a true professional.  The technical skills include Windows server administration experience, web-design, and over-all knowledge of IS technologies to allow them to understand issues and assess impacts to Epic. 


Highly prefer the following experience:

  • Solid Windows Server administrator experience.
  • Server 2012R2 and above preferred.
  • Basic Web Design experience.
  • PowerShell experience.
  • Technical processes including change management, documentation, detail orientation, and troubleshooting are highly desired. 


Nice to have:

  • F5 experience a plus
  • Previous experience with Epic specifically MyChart, CareEverywhere, and Interconnect is a plus but not required. 

Responsibilities :

  • Identify system or application needs
  • Establish project governance and facilitate steering and work team meetings
  • Supports the system installation through the implementation cycle
  • Performs configuration analysis for system design associated medium-sized projects of average complexity
  • Analyze business use of existing systems to identify problems to be resolved and define system applications or process improvements
  • Coordinate upgrade schedules with vendors and/or users across the Integrated Delivery System



  • High school diploma or GED
  • A bachelor’s degree preferred
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in computer science, business administration, healthcare administration, or nursing
  • Hospital information systems experience preferred
  • A bachelor’s degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience, a master’s degree will substitute for two (2) years of work experience
  • Two (2) years of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute for up to two (2) years of information systems experience
