Summary:

We are searching for a Technical Applications Advisor -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will develop, analyze, and advise TCH IDS and/or IS staff on technical solutions as they apply to applications across the IDS. Review and provide advice on application requirements, application and processing architectures and designs. Develop, amend, optimize, and certify application and system design of Integrated Delivery Systems. Responsible for the identification and resolution of the application information flow, the application integration and the required infrastructure needed to support application requirements.

Highly prefer proven experience in the following:

  • VMware AirWatch and MS Intune experience
  • Mobile device fleet management experience
  • Azure knowledge

Responsibilities :

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and coordinates designing of new & existing applications and architectures of Integrated Delivery System systems
  • Research technology trends/directions
  • Coordinate activities and information dissemination with manager, other Information Services personnel, users, and vendors
  • Develop system documentation and training
  • Maintain systems
  • Coordinate new development and make sure it is consistent and well-integrated with existing information data structure
  • Identify and recommend tools and technologies using best practices/industry standards to support strategic direction and to assist in deploying appropriately business initiatives
  • Lead development and maintenance programming activities with management, other Information Services personnel, users, or vendors during all phases of the system life cycle
  • Support system operations by problem analysis and resolution development


Qualifications:

Skills & Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • 10 years’ experience in major system design, implementation experience, project management, or project leadership required
  • AirWatch and Intune MDM professional certifications, preferred.    
  • Microsoft Office 365 MCSA Certification, preferred
  • 5 years, minimum, of relevant work experience with mobile devices
  • Familiar with Agile methodology, and working within a Scrum team
  • Knowledgeable in managing iOS and Android devices
  • 5 years of AirWatch MDM administration and support
  • 3 years of Intune MDM administration and support
  • Excellent teamwork, time-management, and organizational skills
  • On-call and available, to independently monitor requests, after-hours/weekends
