We are searching for a Manager of Physician Practice -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will supervise and direct clinical staff and to gather information, assess and provide direct care to patients.

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor workflow and ensure appropriate staffing
  • Interview applicants in conjunction with HR, provider and Director to assure that open positions are filled in a timely manner by qualified candidates
  • Works with providers and Director to set realistic budget expectations
  • Reviews monthly production and expense information to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
  • Shares relevant information with staff via staff meetings, memos, posting or other effective forms of communication
  • Assesses customer satisfaction, plans strategy for improvement and implements
  • Demonstrates communication and leadership style that encourages teamwork
  • Maintains written, objective documentation regarding performance of each employee


    • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
    • RN license from the Texas Board of Nursing or Nursing Licensure Compact required
    • 3 years’ experience in nursing required
    • Experience in a physician practice or ambulatory setting preferred
    • Experience supervising employees in a healthcare environment preferred
    • Experience in an ob/gyn practice setting preferred
