We are searching for a Productivity Management Engineer -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will facilitate complex, service line productivity management projects across the organization while adhering to an established project management, process improvement, business and financial analysis development, and technical development methodology.

Responsibilities :

• Meets with all stakeholders and other project sponsors, as appropriate, to understand the issues underlying the current or potential initiative – and the type(s) of assessments needed
• Develops plan for completing required assessment, including project organization, data requirements, involved parties, resource requirements and timeline. Presents plan to project sponsors, modifies as necessary and obtains approval
• Determines, analyzes, and formulates current practices, user needs and workflow processes, issues and potential solutions
• Recommends process changes as determined from risk and failure points in the processes evaluated, with necessary modifications to workflows and/or current procedures to maximize the advantages of existing systems
• Works with IS and customers to perform functional configuration analysis for system implementations, on-going maintenance, and other projects
• Facilitates design analysis with users to determine configuration for the user interface
• Defines report requirements and translates purpose of the reports in business terminology


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or health-related field required
• LSSC certification preferred
• 2 years’ experience in project management, process improvement, business and/or financial analysis and/or technical development required
• 2 years process improvement experience required
