We are searching for a Data Reporting Analyst for the Section of Public Health and Child Abuse Pediatrics.  The Section of Public Health and Child Abuse Pediatrics provides clinical care for children that are suspected victims of abuse and leads a large portfolio of programmatic, research, and educational projects that are designed to prevent and mitigate childhood adversities and to foster individual, family and community resilience.


In this position, you will develop and coordinate the data analysis and reports for supporting both the clinical, programmatic, and research projects for the Section.  This role also delivers standard and ad hoc reports in a clear format for a broad audience to help stakeholders determine opportunities to improve outcomes for vulnerable children and families. 


The ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, is a self-starter, has experience working with databases, and works well in a team environment. 

Responsibilities :

  • Develops and coordinates information needed to meet clinical and/or business outcomes
  • Provides analytical interpretation of data
  • Develops and maintains a repository of reports that have been completed
  • Collaborates with information services on upgrades to systems to maintain reporting continuity
  • Assists the upgrade team with analyzing reporting inventory and identifying any changes
  • Maintains up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of industry practices, trends and application products
  • Demonstrates the ability to problem solve, identifies appropriate resources, adapt to ongoing change, and handle conflict management with a professional and supportive attitude


  • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, business, finance, statistics, mathematics, data science, economics or marketing required
  • A combination of four years of additional data analysis experience and/or college coursework may substitute for the bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years data analysis experience required
