We are searching for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will drive the development and fulfillment of online marketing strategies as defined by department leadership. This role leads, plans, directs, coordinates, and executes activities related to content, design and user experience for company websites. The Specialist also manages and coordinates digital direct response campaigns and tracks performance with leadership and interfaces with key stakeholders to ensure project objectives/designs are implemented and optimum customer experience is maintained.

Responsibilities :

  • Works with management, creative teams, outside vendors and IS to develop deliverables, such as web sites and pages, online forms, and email auto responders 
  • Promotes online content and identifies new ways to reach audiences online including social media, online advertising, cross-linking opportunities, third-party site integration and search engine optimization 
  • Develop optimized, aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly web sites and digital communications 
  • Understands business objectives, gathers functional requirements, and translates into compelling customer-centric designs 
  • Develops and drives online communications strategy to drive awareness, revenue, and programmatic support in partnership with direct response agency 
  • Leads and defines campaign strategies to acquire and retain donors and grow online revenue year over year for the organization in partnership with external direct response agency 
  • Works with Database Team to set up appeals for online campaigns to track campaign activity in CRM database 
  • Assists Revenue Operations with troubleshooting any online transaction issues between the systems. Issue refunds, accept or decline chargebacks and review suspect transactions as needed 



  • Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is required for all employees unless approved for a medical or religious exemption 
  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 3 years interactive design experience including information architecture, user experience, web site development, content management systems and new media required 
  • Experience with multimedia production such as video and podcasts preferred 
  • Knowledge of patient/physician processes and how these processes can be made more efficient via online communities to enhance the customer experience preferred 
  • Understanding of social media landscape and application of understanding to online channels preferred 
  • Familiarity with search engine optimization writing techniques, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite preferred 
  • Blackbaud and Luminate Online experience is preferred
  • Marketo OR Salesforce experience is preferred
