Summary:

We are searching for a Senior HR Communications Specialist -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will lead and implement integrated communications strategies to attract, develop, engage, and retain both existing and future employees. The Employer Branding and Internal Communications team is made up of diverse individuals who are each committed to creating a positive employee and candidate experience by delivering high-quality, timely, thoughtful, and effective communications.

Responsibilities :

  • Serves as primary project lead and consultant for employer brand initiatives and/or internal communications, including internal and external people-engagement strategies
  • Guides, coordinates, and directs designers, photographers, videographers and other creative specialists to produce print and digital deliverables
  • Writes and edits wide variety of communications with excellence, creativity, and accuracy. Uses innovative blend of media to achieve desired awareness among employee populations
  • Researches, writes, and edits stories, blog posts, global emails, talking points, scripts and other communications and facilitates the most effective method of distribution
  • Serves as coordinator for development and maintenance of web content
  • Administers guidelines and processes for content generation, approval and posting
  • Ensures content and design comply with the highest levels of creativity and quality, containing the appropriate tone and messaging
  • Actively supports organizational and departmental initiatives by participating in cross-functional teams or committees


Qualifications:

Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is required for all employees unless approved for a medical or religious exemption

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Mass Communications, Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 4 years Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or similar experience preferred
