We’re searching for a Senior Administrative Assistant — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will provide direct administrative support for multiple leaders, one of which must include primary support to an Executive (Assistant Vice President or above) and a Director.

Skills & Requirements
- Required High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Required 5 Years administrative assistant/secretarial Experience Required
- Preferred Medical background
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Functions as a representative, liaison and coordinator for the executives in administrative and daily activities
- Prepares and handles correspondence, memos, reports, presentations, and other documents for the executives
- coordinates travel, meetings, and schedules
- Performs other essential supportive functions
- Responds to calls and visits from internal personnel, parents, patients, visitors, and determines urgency of situation and necessity of executive attention.
- Maintains electronic schedule calendar for executive
- Demonstrate excellent writing and organizational skills, remain flexible, and have a professional demeanor.
