We are searching for an Equipment Coordinator -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will perform special projects for the department management team, including maintaining documentation to promote and support safe work practices as recommended by JCAHO and other Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ's).

Job Duties & Responsibilities
•    Responsible for the maintenance and preservation of all historical data and compliance manuals used in the JCAHO survey process.
•    Ensures O&M manuals are available for technician resources and meet JCAHO EC requirements.
•    Organizes and ensures that a complete set of “as builts” are maintained in the Facilities Operations office, creating procedures necessary to manage technicians’ review and contractor use.
•    Ensures utility management manuals (“Genesis Plans”) are updated regularly with current data no older than one maintenance frequency.
•    Maintains CAD documents for utility mapping plan.
•    Monitors all licensing and regulation resource data to ensure access to current version approved by Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
•    Coordinates activities for the “Plan For Improvement” as documented and approved by JCAHO.
•    Assists department Leaders on all scheduled system shutdowns.
•    Facilitates multiple special projects as prioritized by the Management Team.
•    Demonstrates ownership for responsibilities in assigned area and other designated areas.
•    Demonstrates accountability for customer service and professional behavior through personal. work ethic, teamwork, and effective communication skills.

Skills & Requirements
•    Required H.S. Diploma or GED (preferred - Junior college/Two-year college training in related technology or bachelor's degree in engineering Technician discipline) (Mechanical, Architectural, Electrical, Industrial, or related technology)
•    Candidates with a four-year college education will be required to have one (1) year of experience with at least two (2) years of experience in equipment maintenance or CAD documentation
•    5 years' experience in commercial property/ healthcare maintenance setting
•    2 years' experience in equipment maintenance or CAD documentation
