We are searching for a Systems Analyst Lead - Epic -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will be the operational leader of an Epic support team, coordinate activities with team members, escalate issues to the manager, ensure proper documentation of processes, follow up on support incidents, and ensure the timely delivery of change requests and projects activities for the team.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
•    Operational lead for Epic Support team. First point of escalation for team members regarding issues and questions regarding the team's functional area. Provides input to the manager on team member performance for performance management.
•    Reviews support incidents, ensure assignment to team members, and timely resolution to meet SLAs. Daily review of support incidents and ensure assignment to team members. Escalate priority incidents to the manager. Verify incident priority and ensure team members provide feedback to customers.
•    Coordinates change order and project activity. Work with the manager to prioritize change orders and ensure that normal change orders and projects have adequate requirements documented. Assist manager with prioritizing the change order list for various governance groups. Work with team and assign change orders and projects to team members. Manage non-PMO projects, develop scope, create project plans, communicate status, and follow other standard project management methodologies.
•    Document support processes and educate Epic Support staff, Service Desk, and customers. Ensure that the team prepares technical and process documentation for support staff. For all existing and new application functionality, have the team prepare knowledge articles for end users, IS Service Desk, and Customer Support staff.
•    Updates application and end-user workflows. Ensures that workflows supported by the team are documented and available in the Quality Center (QC) application. Reviews workflows regularly with business owners, subject matter experts, and training staff. Assures that proper workflow is to refer in test activities.
•    Review and enhance operational and Epic application processes. Proactively looks for areas of improvement in team processes and solicits input from team members. Works with application vendors, business owners, and team members to review new application functionality, new technology, and process adjustments that will bring greater efficiency and will improve the use of the system.
Skills & Requirements
•    Required H.S. Diploma or GED with a preferred bachelor's degree
•    Required 10 years of major system design and implementation experience, preferred management, or project leadership
