We’re searching for a Senior Systems Analyst -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will have a major role in developing business solutions by investigating processes to understand data and communications flow with individual tasks and transactions within Integrated Delivery System.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Translates user/business needs into detailed requirement specifications
• Identifies system or application needs.
• Analysis of current business practices, user needs and workflow processes.
• Document the clinical/business processes.
• Perform vendor analysis and make recommendations.
• Investigate alternative solutions including feasibility studies using results from vendor analysis/evaluations.
• Facilitates and supports the system installation through the implementation cycle
• Performs configuration analysis for system design
• Analyzes system problems and modifications
• Coordinates implementation and upgrades of systems
• Performs and manages assessments/analyses for current or potential initiatives

Skills & Requirements
• H.S. Diploma or GED
• 8 years of major system design and implementation experience
• Bachelor’s degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience. A master's degree will substitute for two (2) years of work experience. Up to two (2), years of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute for up to two (2) years of information systems experience on a month-to-month basis
