We are searching for a Workforce Chaplain- Someone who will provide pastoral care, spiritual counseling and guidance to the Texas Children's staff and sponsoring organizations. These include consultation, training, development of programs, employee assessments and referral, establishment of community linkages, case monitoring and follow up.

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree-Master of Divinity degree or canonically acceptable equivalent through the Board Certified Chaplain Eligibility
- Ordination within faith group
- BCC - Cert- Board Cert Chaplain through one of the following:
- APC-BCCI: Association of Professional Chaplain - Board of Chaplaincy Certification Inc.
- NACC: National Association of Catholic Chaplains
- NAJC: Neshama Association of Jewish Chaplains
- NAVAC - National Association of Veterans Affairs
- Corporate Chaplaincy specialization preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide spiritual assessment and pastoral care to employees.
- Provide the full continuum of crisis intervention, stress management and grief counseling services.
- Develop links and maintain working knowledge and relationship with community resources for referral and collateral assistance.
- Maintain confidential documentation of EAP services and activities.
