We’re looking for an Organization Resilience Analyst, someone who’s ready to grow with our company. In this position you will support the Emergency Management preparation and processes, and Organizational Resilience lifecycle for the organization. The lifecycle includes working with senior operational leaders across the organization to support the annual Hazard Vulnerability Assessment (HVA), support the develop of training and exercise priorities based on the HVA and directives from senior leadership, support and conduct exercises, complete After-Action Reports and Corrective Action Reviews after all exercises and activations of Incident Command and prepare reports for the Emergency Management Committee. Participates in the Incident Command/Crisis Management Process is part of the Crisis Management Team's On-Call rotation and may be called upon to support the crisis management team during an incident.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
•    Supports the Hazard Vulnerability Assessment process
•    Collaborates in the organizing and execution of the Hazard Vulnerability Assessments for all in-scope campuses
•    Reports the HVA results to the Emergency Management Committee, senior campus leaders and other regional bodies such as SETRAC, Houston OEM, Harris County OEM, and Montgomery County OEM
•    Develops and updates Emergency Plans
•    Organizes Emergency Plan exercises
•    Conducts Emergency Plan Training & Awareness
•    Provides support to volunteer teams
•    Supports the Emergency Management governance process
•    Supports Crisis Management/Incident Management
•    Represents Texas Children’s with appropriate healthcare and emergency management organizations


Skills & Requirements
•    Required H.S. Diploma or GED
•    Preferred bachelor's degree Business, Management, IT, MIS or a related field
•    Required 2 years emergency management, crisis management, business continuity, or decision support 
•    Preferred healthcare experience
•    A bachelor's degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience
•    Based on experience, desire and qualifications may focus more time on either Emergency Management or Organizational Resilience
