We are searching for an IS Organizational Change Manager, someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring that IS projects and initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. You will also focus on the people side of change which involves (but not limited to) preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
•    Develop and manage the IS Relationship Management and IS Training Teams. Primary function of those teams include:
o    Developing and maintaining IS Rounding approach and participates in integrated IS Rounding
o    Partnership with IS Leadership in maintaining an understanding of the Service Catalog offerings of the department
o    Assist leaders with addressing IS Service/Technology concerns by developing, tracking and executing on action plans to improve IS Service Delivery to the organization
o    Development and maintenance of training content for IS technologies delivered to the organization (inclusive of EMR training)
o    Delivering training on IS technologies (inclusive of EMR training) to the organization via different delivery methods for the organization
•    Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers:
o    Communications plan
o    Sponsor roadmap
o    Coaching plan
o    Training plan
o    Resistance management plan
•    Establish and execute a means to provide ongoing and informative updates to staff and IS Leadership regarding industry standards and best practices
•    Support communication and training efforts
•    Evaluate and ensure user readiness pre and post training
•    Manage cross-functional (both inside and outside of Information Services) relationships to ensure adoption of solutions
•    Focus on continuous improvement opportunities within the IS department and organization as it relates to IS services and technologies and partner with IS Leadership partners on implementation of those improvement opportunities

Skills & Requirements
•    Required H.S. Diploma or GED
•    Required 6 years of experience in Information Technology (Customer Service, Application Development, Project Management Office)
•    Preferred bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, healthcare administration, nursing or other related field
•    A bachelor's degree may substitute for four (4) years of work experience
•    Up to three (3) years of clinical patient care and/or clinical research or HR/financial/operational experience may substitute for up to three (3) years of information systems experience on a month-to-month basis
