We are searching for a Financial Analyst II – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will assist leadership in collecting, analyzing, and projecting key operational, financial, and statistical information that can be continually measured against quantifiable targets established by all levels of authority, ranging from the departmental managers to the Board of Directors.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Prepares financial and statistical reports and monitors trends and variances
• Prepares reports identifying differences between current actual results, budgeted targets, and prior year actual results
• Prepares ad hoc financial analyses
• Prepares existing monthly financial and statistical reports
• Develop new reports and analyses
• Assists Sr. Analyst(s) with data compilation and report preparation
• Assists in the preparation of financial models
• Prepares analysis required for model development
• Works with the operational department as needed to develop inputs for the model
• Manages and manipulates data as required to maintain financial models
• Assists in the preparation of the operating budget
• Prepares analysis required for budget preparation and completion
• Works with departmental leaders as needed to assist with the completion of departmental operating budgets
• Manages and manipulates data as required to complete the operating budget
• Produces and distributes budget reports and documentation
• Performs special projects as required by supervisor
Skills & Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or related business field
• 3 years’ experience in finance or accounting
