We are searching for a Human Resources Admin Advisor — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, support HR Executive Leadership on a wide variety of administrative and high-level professional duties, special projects, and initiatives involving Human Resources and its priorities, requiring the exercise of discretion and independent judgement. You will lead and be responsible for projects which are complex, multidisciplinary and/or department wide.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Oversees and Monitors reporting on various HR Leadership Strategic Initiatives
• Functions as a problem solver and decision maker and enables the Human Resources Leadership team to be more efficient
• Juggles multiple, high priority issues in a professional, courteous manner on an on-going daily basis
• Coordinates a variety of tasks, events, or special projects in support of HR’s function and department
• Coordinates Cross-functional projects for Human Resources.
• Coordinates and Monitors Department Budget
• Communications
• Special Projects
Skills & Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources Degree preferred
• 3 years Human resources, healthcare operations and/or project management experience required
A master's degree may substitute for 2 years of the experience requirement
