The Department of Surgery at Texas Children’s Hospital is a dedicated group of people whose tireless efforts were exemplified in our more than 25,000 operative cases and 115,000 outpatient clinic visits last year alone.

Patient care, education and research across every role in this department is how our team thrives. More than 80 full-time pediatric-focused surgeons, who are also faculty members at Baylor College of Medicine, join more than 600 Texas Children’s Hospital staff members to make up this incredible team. Through our infinite passion and dedication, we continue to push each other and push the boundaries of surgical medicine.
