We are looking for a Benefits Consultant, someone who’s ready to grow with our company. In this position, you will be responsible for the active relationship management and coordination of the work of ancillary benefit plan partners. Activities include contract negotiation and review, business process development and documentation, facilitation of regular meetings, change management and coordination of fully outsourced services.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
•    Ensure operational alignment of all vendor partnerships to organizational and HR goals. 
•    Establish consistent measurement and reporting on vendor partners' activities, value/ROI of benefit spend, and contractual performance guarantees. 
•    Negotiate performance guarantees in contracts with vendors, with attention to improvement of service levels and alignment with departmental goals. 
•    Facilitate regular meetings with vendors and document decisions and issues that have reached resolution or are scheduled to be discussed. Regular reports of progress to be provided to leadership. 
•    Ensure timely delivery, summary and storage of vendor data including performance guarantees and metrics, contract documents and key correspondence. Integrate vendor services with other areas of HR.
•    Oversee budgeting and payment processes for vendor partners including the verification of paid services. 
•    Evaluate gaps in benefit portfolio and develop recommendations for inclusion and sunset schedules for existing plans. 
•    Serve as key resource for Health and Welfare Analyst in the Request for Proposal (RFP) and contracting process for ancillary benefit programs.
•    Organize and supervise the coordinate Business Process Outsourcing of the HR technician services role in the Benefits Department. 


Skills & Requirements
•    Required bachelor's degree - Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline.
•    Required 2 years benefits experience.
