We are searching for a Pharmacy Manager— someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will provide support and ensure smooth execution of the daily pharmacy operations. Promote and identify strategies to provide safe, effective services as well as provide patient care in a manner developmentally appropriate for the ages of patients served (0-Adult).

Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist in the daily management of the pharmacy areas. Addresses personnel, operational and scheduling issues, and needs.
• Build commitment and promote quality services.
• Perform data collection to support regulatory requirements and for quality improvement measures to support the understanding of operational safety and effectiveness.
• Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance.
• Support implementation of projects and programs.
• Responsible for training and development activities for area personnel.
As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace, all successful candidates will be required to undergo respiratory fit testing in compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
Skills & Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree Science Degree in Pharmacy or Ph.D. Doctor Of Pharmacy Degree Required
• RPH – Pharmacist Required
• 3 Years Pharmacy Work Experience Or 2 Years Pharmacy Residency Training Required
